This session rises to Gamma from high Beta in steps, emulating the procedures used in a number of studies. In research, Gamma has demonstrated usefulness for cognitive enhancement, particularly in non-verbal skills such as arithmetic. It has also shown some promise with depression and other disorders. It can certainly be very energizing as well.

Use this session in the morning or afternoon, to train rhythms in the brain. Your eyes can be closed or open for this session. This session can be used with or without headphones. If you are in a noisy environment, it is recommended to use headphones.

Use for energy, mood enhancement and higher thinking.

This session modulates between mid-beta frequencies to help enhance concentration while reading, studying, or engaging in any mentally taxing activity.

This session is not as intense as other beta sessions, so that it can be used for longer periods of time without resulting in mental fatigue.

This session can be used with or without headphones. If you are in a noisy environment, it is recommended to use headphones.

Use for focus and concentration.

This session stimulates Beta and Alpha, alternating in 2 minute increments to help keep the user relaxed and engaged.

Use this session in the morning or afternoon, to train your brain for better cognition, such as clearer and faster thinking. Your eyes can be opened or closed. Because it plays different frequencies in each ear, headphones are required. (This is the only program that requires headphones).

Use for quicker thinking and clarity.

This session alternates between low beta, alpha and theta frequencies, stimulating creativity but also keeping the user awake and alert.

Before each session, make sure you are well hydrated.  The best way to use this session is to relax, close your eyes and wait for new ideas to surface. Once they do, pause the session, write them down, and resume the session afterward. Some people may also choose to use the session with eyes open, while working on artistic projects.

Use for creativity and focus.

This is an Alpha session that guides the mind to 10 Hz, or a relaxed, daydreamy state. 10 Hz is said to enhance the release of serotonin, a feel good chemical that occurs naturally in the brain. This session is perfect for stress relief, light relaxation and to improve your mood.

Use this session in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. Your eyes should be closed for maximum effect. The session can be used with or without headphones. If you are in a noisy environment, it is recommended to use headphones.

Use for light relaxation, stress relief and mood enhancement.

This is a session which ramps down to the Schumann Resonance frequency, or 7.83 Hz. Research done with Zen meditators shows that 7.83 is a significant frequency, and other research indicates that stimulating the Schumann frequency results in more blood flow in the brain than any other frequency.

Benefits are said to include: enhanced reading/learning, rejuvenation, grounding, ESP activation, anti-jetlag, anti-mind control and improved stress tolerance. It can also help you feel balanced, grounded, whilst calming and focusing the mind. Learn more

Use for rejuvenation, grounding, enhanced reading/learning, stress relief and relaxation.

This is a deep Theta meditation, ramping in steps slowly down to 5.5 Hz. Many people may find this session is so deep that they fall asleep during the session. Others may experience lucid visualizations, since this level of Theta is closely correlated with REM sleep. It is also said to be a great state to boost your intuition.

Use this session in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. Your eyes should be closed. The session can be used with or without headphones. If you are in a noisy environment, it is recommended to use headphones.

Use for deep relaxation and meditation.

This session ramps slowly down to the deepest Delta levels. Many people using this session will fall asleep, since it resembles the sleep induction sessions.

Use this session in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. Your eyes should be closed. The session can be used with or without headphones. If you are in a noisy environment, it is recommended to use headphones.

Use for deep relaxation and sleep.

This session starts at just 4 Hz and moves up and down between 4 and 2 Hz. Delta stimulation can be very hypnotic, and can also have have soothing effects on the limbic system, which is associated with emotions, the fight-or-flight response, blood pressure, tension and more. For this reason, Delta sessions can be very effective helping conditions like hypertension (high blood pressure), chronic pain and fibromyalgia.

Many people have also found success using Delta as an aid in meditation and sleep.

Use this session in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax. This session can be used with or without headphones. If you are in a noisy environment, it is recommended to use headphones.

Use for deep relaxation, accelerated healing and pain relief.

This session is for pain relief, a healthy blood pressure and deep relaxation. The session uses Sub-Delta (0 – 1 Hz) frequencies, which are theorized to have soothing effects on the limbic system – the amygdala and hypothalamus in particular, which themselves operate at delta frequencies. This may be the reason delta frequencies can be so helpful with conditions involving chronic pain, such as fibromyalgia.

These frequencies are also good for a healthy blood pressure. By calming the limbic system, blood pressure should decrease, muscles should relax, sweating should decrease  and your extremities (hands and feet) should warm up.

Sub-Delta is also believed to be the source of deep inner wisdom, peace and divine knowledge.
